Where integration back into a clients system is required we can supply models and assemblies in a range of open formats such as IGES, SAT, STEP, DXF and others.
Manufacturing Drawings
We are experienced in producing manufacturing drawings to BS8888, ASME Y14.1, ASME Y14.5 AWS A2.4, BS EN ISO 2553 ISO, ISO 286-1, ISO 286-2 and many other industry standards. Tolerance Assessments
Critical to a designs success, we perform tolerance assessments with all part interactions to ensure satisfactory performance.
Kinematic / Interference
Where required, we provide kinematic assessment of moving and interacting parts to ensure systems perform as required. These assessments can be performed on 2D or 3D CAD dependant upon the complexity of the system being assessed.
